CEO

Rob Fuller began investing nearly 15 years ago in residential
real estate across many national markets. His real estate experience includes acquisition, financing,
development, and sale of real estate. In 2014, he formed ROI Property Group, LLC (ROI), which
develops and builds residential communities. ROI currently has 10,000 lots in various stages of
entitlement, development, and home building across multiple states.
Mr. Fuller is also a co-founder, majority shareholder, member of the Board of Directors, and CEO of
Housefolios, INC., a real estate technology company (housefolios.com).
Rob Fuller grew up traveling as the son of an Air force Colonel. He graduated Magna cum Laude with
a BA in philosophy from Brigham Young University. He lives with his wife, Nicole, and their 3 children
in Utah.
Nicole Fuller began investing in real estate in 2009. Nicole had 2
children in tow as she helped her husband found ROI Property Group in 2014 (they added their 3rd
child to the family 2 years later). Nicole is the Lead Designer on ROI’s build-to-rent communities
across the country. Nicole also serves as Fund Manager, focusing on fundraising and lender
relationships. Nicole runs charitable efforts and is forming a non-profit organization within ROI
Property Group.
Nicole graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Communications and Sociology.
She loves to travel and enjoys good quality food. Nicole and her family recently moved from Napa,
California, where she was born and raised, to Utah.
In 2014, Rob Fuller founded ROI Property Group, LLC (ROI), a Real Estate Development company. ROI
started investing mainly in fix-and-flip operations for single-family homes and apartment buildings. Starting in
2016, ROI shifted focus to buying land for larger, new-home-build projects.
ROI buys, annexes (if needed), re-zones, and entitles land; completes site development (like utilities and
roads); and builds communities of homes for rent (also known as build for rent). ROI has many exit
opportunities such as selling paper or finished lots to national homebuilders; or selling completed homes to
institutional build-to-rent firms. ROI sells some projects for short term profit and holds others for long term
passive income.
ROI Property Group is currently headquartered in Orem, Utah, outside of Salt Lake City.
