Jordan Moorhead is a Louisville native, licensed sales agent in Texas, licensed broker in Minnesota and an active rental property investor. He owns 69 units and lives in Austin, TX. Jordan has also been investing passively in apartment syndications for the past few years. He attends 2-3 conferences annually including the Best Ever conference, Old Capital Conference, BiggerPockets Conference and Frank Rolfe’s MHU events. He and his business partner John currently own a 30 lot mobile home park in Louisville that also has a single family home on the property along with 34 single family houses acquired using the BRRRR strategy. Jordan has been to two MHU Bootcamps and plans to go back often! He has been living in multi unit properties that he owns since 2016 and helps 30+ clients a year do the same. Jordan does more than 50 transactions a year and loves to help his clients build wealth with real estate. He prides himself on being able to get difficult deals done and create win-win situations for both the buyer and seller.
