Jimmy Johnson

Jimmy Johnson is the founder of Sanddollar Communities, which focuses on the sourcing of off market, direct to seller, mobile home parks. As of January 2023, he has closed 66 mobile home parks in 20 different states.

Jimmy also has founded Sanddollar Communities Management, a mobile home park management firm who manages a growing portfolio of 1,959 sites over 39 parks across the country. Jimmy lives in Tampa, Florida and is an avid boater & tournament fisherman.
