George Pino is extremely qualified in the sale, leasing and investment of commercial real estate having been involved in real estate for the past 35 years. Mr. Pino is a founding partner of Commercial Brokers International, Inc., (“CBI”) where he has been at for the last 17 years. Currently, CBI has grown to a team of 12 agents, with affiliates in most major metro’s throughout the United States. CBI is a full service commercial real estate brokerage, servicing all aspects of commercial real estate, from office and retail leasing and sales, as well as hospitality (Restaurant/Bars/Nightclubs) and investment grade sales.
Prior to starting CBI, Mr. Pino was recruited by, and subsequently joined DBL Realtors in Los Angeles to start their commercial real estate division. Mr. Pino left DBL Realtors after their acquisition by Sotheby’s Realty.
Throughout his career, George has been personally responsible for the sale of and/or directly involved in the marketing and sale of over 6,000 assets, resulting in closed transactions totaling over two billion dollars throughout the United States; as well as over 150 commercial lease transactions, representing over 500,000 square feet of leased space.
Mr. Pino graduated from the University of Southern California in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing/Advertising.
